Check in and Cancellation Policies

Arrival Time - From 3-8 pm.

Tax and Service Charge - a 7% service charge is also added for a one night stay on the weekend.

Extra Guest - each additional person in the room is $15 per night including breakfast.

Children are allowed

Deposits - minimum of one full day's rate is required for a one night reservation. Two or more nights, 50% deposit. A 50% deposit and letter agreement is required for any group reservation.

Cancellation & Refunds - deposits are refundable if we are notified 14 days prior to arrival (group refunds per contract letter). Deposits are applied to last day of reservation. There is a $20 per bedroom cancellation fee.

EARLY CHECKOUTS FORFEIT THEIR DEPOSITS AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL NIGHTS BOOKED.
Check-in - 3 p.m. Check-out 11 a.m.

Please no pets.

Gratuities - at the discretion of our guests.
